1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day. During periods of high demand, such as promotional events or holidays, order processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DPD): 1–2 business days
European Union:
Standard International (Tracked): 5–8 business days
Express International (DHL Express): 2–4 business days
United States & Canada:
Standard International (Tracked): 7–12 business days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and total order value.
Free Shipping Offers:
UK Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over £45
EU Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over €75
International Orders: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.
You can also log in to your Cloutopin account and view your order status at any time.
If your tracking information has not updated within 72 hours, or your package is significantly delayed, please contact our customer care team at info@cloutopin.com for assistance.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Cloutopin is based in the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are solely responsible for any fees levied by their local customs authority.
Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned or discarded, and we are not able to refund shipping fees or the original order in such cases.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and re-ship it at your expense.
If the parcel cannot be delivered and is not returned to us, Cloutopin is not responsible for replacement or refund.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package during working hours.
8. Delays and Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays, such as:

Cloutopin is not liable for delays caused by these external factors but will do everything possible to assist you in tracking and receiving your order as soon as possible.
9. Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility
Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping provider, responsibility for the parcel is transferred to the customer.
If you have not received your order despite a “Delivered” status, please check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office.
If the package is still missing, contact us at info@cloutopin.com within 5 business days, and we will help file an investigation with the carrier.
10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take packaging and parcel protection seriously. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately.
Send an email to info@cloutopin.com with your order number and clear photos (if damaged).
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
11. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item in your order is marked as pre-order or backordered, your entire order will ship once all items are available. We will notify you by email if the delay exceeds the estimated time.
