Prices displayed on our website include UK VAT where applicable.
UK Customers:

International Customers:
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or VAT upon delivery. These are not included in the price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing issues on the customer’s side or by third-party platforms.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
Your order will not be confirmed or shipped if:

We cannot refund to a different card or payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a confirmed defective product.
If your payment was made via Klarna, Afterpay, or other BNPL providers, your refund will follow their specific policies and timelines. Cloutopin cannot expedite BNPL refunds directly.
8. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks

If you are a reseller, makeup artist, or business seeking to purchase Cloutopin products in bulk:

Wholesale pricing and payment policies differ from standard retail terms and will be provided upon approval.
